Where It All Began – A Farmer’s Roots

My journey with farming began long before Olden Essence.
As a child, I watched my father grow fresh vegetables and fruits in a small 500 sq. yard plot. It wasn’t big — but it was enough to show me the power of real food grown with real care.

I remember the smell of fresh greens, the taste of just-picked tomatoes, and the joy of harvesting something we grew with our hands. That memory stayed with me.

Years later, when I became a father, I looked at my children and knew —
they deserved the same kind of food I was blessed to grow up with.

Not food loaded with preservatives.
Not oil stripped of its nutrients.
But pure, clean, honest food, straight from the farm — from my farm.

That’s when passion turned into purpose.
That’s how Olden Essence was born.

This journey is not mine alone.

My wife, Dr. K. Prathibha, holds an MSc in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics.
As a mother and a dietitian, she has guided thousands of people toward better health through food. And when it came to our own kids, she was clear:

“If we want healthy children, we must give them real, nourishing food — every single day.”

Together, we built Olden Essence as a family-first brand, guided by two core values:
